A blanket easement to construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct,
repair, remove, replace, increase and /or change the number and /or
sizes of pipes, accessories, and appurtenance, for a water main
along and upon any portion of the following parcel of land,
excepting therefrom those areas lying under any buildings:
Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map SLO -79 -223 as recorded in Book 29
of Parcel Maps at Page 25 in the office of the County Recorder of
said County and State:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Parcel 1, being a point
on the southerly right -of -way line of Southwood Drive as-it is
shown on the aforementioned parcel map; thence S 30° 44' W, a
distance of 604.21 feet as shown on said map; thence N 59° 09'
40" W, a distance of 650.00 feet as shown on said map; thence N
39° 17' E, a distance of 198.30 feet as shown on said map; thence
N 30° 44' E, a distance of 267.71 feet to a point on the
southerly right -of -way of Southwood Drive as shown on said map;
thence S 71° 541 40" E along the southerly right -of -way of
Southwood Drive, a distance of 635.94 feet as shown on said map,
to the Point of beginning.
