A creek easement the uniform width of 15 feet over a portion
of the property described in Volume 2247 of Official Records
at page 431 in the Office of the County Recorder in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, the
centerline described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said property,
being marked by a 1/2 Inch rebar capped "L.S. 4819" as shown
on the map recorded November 29, 1983 in Book 46 of Licensed
Surveys at page 20, in said County Recorders Office; thence,
along the southerly line of said property, North 560 54' 00
West 73.46 feet to the True Point Of Beginning; thence
leaving said southelly line,
