That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to such governmental entity an easement, for road purposes upon the above property and described as follows: Beginning at the Northerly corner of said Parcel 1; thence South 64021130" East a distance of 263.64 feet; thence South 26015'00" West a distance of 749.87 feet; thence North 64033149" West a distance of 9 feet +. (Said point distant 42 feet from the centerline of Higuera Street, measured at right angles); thence North 26015100" East a distance of 705.66 feet; thence along a curve to the left, with radius of 20 feet, through an angle of 90036130" a length of 31.63 feet; thence North 64021130" West along a line parallel with the centerline of Prado Road a distance of 234.43 feet more or less to the Northwesterly line of said Parcel 1; thence North 26015100" East along said Northwesterly property line a distance of 24.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. 3.
