DEED. OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
BOBIK, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
hereby GRANT(S) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns forever, an easement of varying width for public use
including, but not limited to, a pedestrian way along the banks of San Luis
Obispo, creek maintenance, and utilties, together with rights of ingress and
egress from said lands over which said easement is granted for the purposes
herein mentioned with right to make improvements. Said easement is described
as real property in the City of San Luis. Obispo, consisting of:
That portion of lot 3 and the southwesterly 4 feet of lot 2, Block 8, Murray
and Church's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo as recorded in Book A,
page 145 of Maps, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, described as follows:
1. Structural supports and Public pedestrian access and drainage
purposes.
That portion of said property lying northwesterly of the following
described line: beginning at the most easterly property corner of said
property, thence N 360 53' W along the northeasterly property line of
said property a distance of 75 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence S 530 07' W a distance of 27 feet; thence S 360 53' E a
distance of 10 feet; thence S 530 07' W a distance of 27 feet more or
less to a point lying on the southwesterly property line of said
property.

2. Temporary Construction Access over said property for construction
access during the construction of Mission Plaza Extension. Said
construction access shall terminate upon completion of Mission Plaza
Extension or on October 1, 1987, whichever omes first.

County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
