THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the 28th day of August , by
KATHRYN W. DONOVAN,.- hereinafter termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate,
irrevocably, to the public—an easement, for road purposes, which offer
may be accepted at any time by any governmental entity which has the power
to establish, construct and.maintain roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest described
below:
That portion of the unsubdivided portion of Block 152 of J. Harford's
Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof recorded May 8,1876
in Book A at Page 123 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder, as
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Block 152; thence East along
the north line of said block, a distance of 149.86 feet to the
westerly line of Parker Street as described in the deed to the City of
San Luis Obispo recorded September 10, 1958 in Book 956 at Page 590 of
Official Records; thence along said westerly line South 70 32' West
321.67 feet to the northeast corner of the land described in the deed
to John P. Roza, Jr., et al., recorded November 10,1958 in Book 966 at
Page 276 of Official Records; thence along the northerly line of the
land descibed in said last mentioned deed, South 890 50' West,
158.75 feet to the westerly line of said Block 152; thence along the
line of said block, North 90 0.5' East, 323.38 feet to the point of
beginning.

2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer
to such governmental entity an easement, for road purposes upon the above
property and described as follows:
Beginning at said northwest corner of Block 152; thence S 90 05' W,
a distance of 21.50 feet; thence along a curve concave to the I

southeast, having a radial bearing of S 800 55' E and radius of 25
feet, through an angle of 81042' a distance of 35.52-feet'to a point
lying on said northerly line of Block 152; thence along said northerly
line N 890 31' W a distance of 21.50 feet to the point of beginning.
3. That until such time as the above offer of dedication is accepted
by such a government entity, all owners of property contiguous to the
above described road parcel shall have the right to the use of said road
parcel as a private road:
4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication shall be
irrevocable and that such a government entity may, at any time in the
future, accept said offer of dedication of the public right -of -way.
5. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual Offer
