FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Jeffery G. Byard.and.Pamela S. Byard
hereby GRANT(S) to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, and improve the creek channel
within that portion of Lot 11, Block 7, of the Anholm Addition of the City
of San Luis Obispo as per map recorded in Book 3 of Maps at page 91 in the
Office of the County Recorder described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 11; thence Southwesterly
along the center of Garden Creek to the Southeasterly corner of'Lot
11; thence Westerly along.the line common to Lots 11 & 12 to a point
that is 10.00 from the center of Garden Creek (measured at right
angles); thence Northeasterly parallel and 10.00 feet from (measured
at right angles) the center of Garden Creek to the line common to Lots
7 & 11,; thence Easterly along said line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
