FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,
R. Depper and M. Depper
hereby GRANT(s) to the City of 'San Luis Obispo, a chartered
municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the
City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, and improve the
creek channel within that portion of Lot 3, Block 7, of the
Anholm Addition of the City_ of San. Luis Obispo as per map
recorded in Book 3 of Maps at page 91 in the Office of the
County Recorder described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 3; thence
Northerly along the center of Garden Creek to the
prolongation of line common to Lots 10 & 11, and also being
the Southerly line of Lot 7; thence North 88 022100" East to
a point that is 10.00 feet from the center of Garden Creek
measured at right angles; thence Southerly parallel and
10.00 feet from the center o rden Creek measured at
right angles to the South ly ine of Lot 3; thence
Westerly along said line to e O T F FAINNIN G.

DEED OF EASEMENT
dated August 9 , 1990, from

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded
June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer or his agent.
