That said Grantor is the owner of the interest described below: That portion of Block 61 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded May 14; 1878 in Book A, Page 168 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Higuera Street, at the most southerly corner of the land described in the deed to Mary M. Archer, recorded in Book 0, Page 470 of Deeds, Records of said county; thence north 550 15' west along the southwesterly line of the land so described in said deed, 185 feet; thence southwesterly parallel with the northwesterly line of Higuera Street, 50 feet; thence south 550 15' east, 185 feet to the northwesterly line of Higuera Street; thence northeasterly along said street line, 50 feet to the point of beginning. 2. That said Grantor does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity grant to the City of San Luis Obispo an easement, for drainage and flood control (to access, maintain and with the right to improve the creek channel and future public pedestrian pathway) upon the above property, described as follows: That portion of said property lying westerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Higuera Street, at the most southerly corner of the land described in the Deed to Mary M. Archer, recorded in Book O, Page 470 of deeds, records of said County; thence north 550 15' west along the southwesterly line of the land so described in said deed, 130 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said �1 vnl .1681 Perrlls .00 RF .000K8l line; thence south 3° 18' 47" west, 58 feet more or less, to the southwesterly line of the subject property described above.
