This is a condition of Tract No. 1827, which provides for a partial abandonment of the present Bishop St. R/W to accommodate the tract, as approved. Although that tract will probably not be pursued, another tract is proposed to be submitted with a different development. proposal, as individual lots, rather than a condominium. That proposal must provide for the same alignment, which is fixed due to design restraints. The subdivider has indicated his agreement to record these documents at this time. Please transmit a copy of the recorded documents for our file.
