DEED OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Clara B. Dalidio, Ernest F. Dalidio, and Thelma F. Perozzi, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the City of San Luis Obispo, A Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement
in the City of.San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to construct,
maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase and /or change the number
and /or sizes of pipes, accessories and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under,
along and upon that portion of Lot. N as shown on the "Map of resubdivisions of the
Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna," in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to the map recorded January 30, 1875, in Book A, Page 161 of Maps
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Said sewer easement being a parcel
of land ten (10) feet. wide, lying five (5) feet each side of a centerline described as .follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 25, Tract 169, as shown in Book 6,
Page 45 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence North
7 025'16" East along the tract line a distance of 48.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence South 65057'2 ' 4" East a distance of 46.00 feet more or less to the
centerline of the sewer easement recoed in Volume 1077 Page 501 of Deeds in the Office
of said County Recorder.
