T2 established Santa Rosa IC and setup for fire attack. IC completed 360 with a visual under the bridge and advised dispatch they needed 1 additional unit and BC (at their discretion). T2 personnel pulled the bumper line and extinguished the fire. IC ensured T2 personnel shutoff the foam injection to minimize impact into the nearby waterway. T2 used approximately 150 gallons of water to extinguish the fire. IC kept E4 at scene for manpower and additional water. Following knockdown, T2 personnel scanned with the TIC and confirmed no further heat was found. SLOPD at scene had 1 subject in custody who fled the scene stating they were trying to put the fire out. IC ensured there was no further hazard to the brush, roadway or creek and terminated the incident. T2 cleared the scene without further incident.
