maintenance purposes; being a portion of Lots 1 through 4, Block 5 of The Map of
Goldtree Vineyard Tract, a subdivision in the City San Luis Obispo; as recorded in Book 1
Record of Surveys, Page 14, in the office of the Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California; being more particularly described as follows:
That 25 foot wide strip of land described as Parcel 2 in Book 909 Official Records, Page
201, in the office of the Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo; contained within Lots 1
through 4, Block 5 of The Map of Goldtree Vineyard Tract; the limits of said 25 foot
wide strip shall be extended or shortened to intersect the northeasterly Right -of -Way limit
of Flora Street, and the southeasterly Right -of- -Way limit of Bishop Street; subject to
easements of record.
