Remarks:
Dispatched to above location for report of transformer explosion with a small vegetation fire around the pole. On arrival E4
took command and assigned E3 to fire attack. All other responding units were cancelled. Command made a size up of an area
of 8 feet by 30 feet burning in light grass vegetation and three fuses tripped on the power pole. PG&E was requested. E3
extinguished the fire and assessed for lines down. No lines were found to be down. BC assessed the other areas south of
where the power pole was to confirm no lines down or other fire. No other hazards found. E4 terminated command and
cleared.
