as Grantors, hereby grant to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as
Grantee, a 10' wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate, and
remove a public sanitary sewer line in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described on Exhibit 'A' and illustrated on Exhibit '13'.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers in said
easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original conditions as
possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be

Easement dated August 7, 1997 from Mustang Village, L.P. to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer
on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370
(1984 Series) recorded June 15, 1984 in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878,
San Luis Obispo County, California and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
