A portion of Lot 105 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, and Fuller Lane,'in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia, as shown on map recorded on February 7, 1986 in Book 51
of Surveys, at page 51 in the office of the County Recorder of said county, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8 inch rebar and cap labeled RCE 12545 on the centerline of the Pacific Coast
Railroad right -of -way, said point being the beginning of a curve as shown on said map;
Thence, N 65 037'47" W 1557.90 feet along said centerline, also being the southerly boundary of
Lots 17 through 24. of Tract 1235 Unit 1 as shown on map recorded on October 31, 1986 in Book
13 of Maps, at page 59 in the office of said County Recorder, to a 1 -1/4 inch iron pipe tagged
RE 6923, being a point on the boundary of said Tract, also being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, N 52 047'58" E 34.07 feet along said Tract boundary as shown on said map recorded in
Book 13, at page 59 to a 5/8 inch rebar and cap labeled RCE 12545, being an angle point on

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by EASEMENT
GRANT DEED dated September 23, 1997, from LILLIAN FULLER, as Trustee of the Fuller
Family Trust and Lillian Fuller, a widow, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf
of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded
June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California,
and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
