A portion of that parcel of land, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, designated as Lot 1 according to that map entitled, "Map of the partition of Joseph
See's Land situated in Section 10 and 15 in Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian, also Lot No. 5 of the San Miguelito Rancho Subdivision in San Luis Obispo
County, California" as recorded November 24, 1899, filed in Book 1 at Page 53 of Records of
Surveys in the office of the Recorder for said county, more particularly described as follows:
The westerly 17.00 feet of that land conveyed to Tony S. Roderick and Emily A. Roderick by
Grant Deed, recorded February 1, 1934, filed in Volume 147 at Page 87 of Official Records in the
office of the Recorder for said county as measured perpendicular to the easterly boundary of the
South Higuera Street right -of -way (formerly California State Highway Route 2) as shown on that
right -of -way and improvement plan for California State Highway Route 2, dated 1927, filed in
Book 1 at Page 33 of State Highway Map Books in the office of the Recorder for said county.
