Upon Mitel phone connection not working at Ivana's remote setup from home, Ivana Gomez made
outgoing call to (Austen Connella, SLOCAL Supply CO Applicant and Proposed Owner) via
her personal phone. Austen did not pick up, but Ivana left voice message.
The voice message stated that Ivana is giving Austen a call back to address a missed phone call and
voice mail from Austen on 01/24/2024 at 11:58 AM inquiring about the status of his application for a
cannabis business operator permit for SLOCAL Supply Co, LLC. The voice message stated that Ivana is
calling regarding Austen's application status and requested he get back to her.
Ivana called Austen on their Mitel phone at 8:14 AM, at which point the phone call wentthrough. In that
conversation, Ivana confirmed verbally that the City will consider additional application details regarding
Merit Criteria 1, 2, and 8 from SLOCAL Supply Co, LLC as stated in the letter sent to them on 01/25/2024
at 5:01 PM with Subject Line entitled "Consideration of Additional Application Details." This phone call
was essentially a courtesy call to communicate the content of the letter verbally and give the applicant
an opportunity to ask questions regarding the next steps in the process.
