SLO in Motion Update: Projects and Work Areas
1.North Chorro Neighborhood Greenway
•All Slurry Seal items are complete
•Striping has started within the intersections, but this work is
weather dependent
•Major Items Remaining: Bike Medians, Striping, Signage
2.2023 Arterials Paving Project
•Concrete repairs on Monterey Street to address drainage and ADA
•Grinding Asphalt in preparation for Repaving from California to
Johnson
•Curb Ramps at Santa Rosa Street and Palm Street
•Dig outs and concrete pour back on Palm Street in preparation for
street grinding and asphalt overlay- On Palm between Santa Rosa
and Pepper
•Storm Drain Improvements at the intersection of Funston and
Lawton
•Upcoming: Monterey Street Paving from Santa Rosa to California
