Fora valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
William A., Ranelletti. and Mary E. Ranelletti, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants
hereby release, remise and forever_ quitclaim to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Chartered
Municipal Corporation of the State of California, any and all rights, title and interests in and to
the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
described as:
Lot 9 in Block 100 of Mission Vineyard Tract, in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map
filed for record March 8, 1943 in Book A, page 143 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
This Quitclaim is specifically intended to ;release any and all rights quitclaimers have per that
certain Grant of Right of Way Easement dated September 21, 1993, recorded as Document No.
1993- 068828 on November 3; 1993 in the San Luis Obispo County Recorder's Office.

AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
(ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS)
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 16 t day of November 1999 by
and between The City of San Luis Obispo, (hereinafter called 'Buyer "), and the undersigned
owner(s), (hereinafter called "Seller "), for acquisition by Buyer of certain real property as
hereinafter set forth.
IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:
1. AGREEMENT TO SELL AND PURCHASE. Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer
agrees to purchase from Seller, upon the terms and for the consideration set forth in this
Agreement, all that certain real property (hereinafter called 'Property") situated in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and legally described as follows:
See Legal Description attached as Exhibit A hereto.
2. PURCHASE PRICE. The total purchase price, payable in cash through escrow, shall be
the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Said sum shall be paid as total consideration for
the Property, including, without limitation, all improvements located upon the Property. Said
sum shall be paid to Seller upon the close of escrow after title to the Property has vested in Buyer
free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, assessments, easements, and leases, other than those
specific items identified in Paragraph 3 below.
3. . CONVEYANCE OF TITLE. Seller agrees to convey by Grant Deed to Buyer marketable
fee simple title to the Property free and clear of all recorded and unrecorded liens, encumbrances,
assessments, easements, leases, and taxes, EXCEPT:
A. Taxes for the fiscal year in which this transfer occurs.
B. Items numbered 1 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10 of the above numbered title report dated
December 16, 1998, issued by Chicago Title Company.
C. Other items that may be approved by Buyer in writing in advance of the close of
escrow.
4. TITLE INSURANCE POLICY. Escrow Agent shall, following recording of Deed to
Buyer, provide Buyer with a CLTA Standard Coverage Policy of Title Insurance in the amount of
$50,000 issued by Chicago Title Company showing title to the Property vested in Buyer, subject
