1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Closed Session Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was
called to order on April 23, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at City
Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Mayor Stewart.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ONLY

3. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Action: City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated the Council met in Closed
Session regarding real property negotiations and there was no reportable action
taken.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 3:15 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City
Council will be held on May 7, 2024 with Closed Session at 4:00 p.m. in the
Council Hearing Room, and the Regular Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
