dated May 15, 1990, as GRANTORS, hereby GRANT to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered
municipal corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable dedication of street Right- Of- Way for public
street, sidewalk and public utilities purposes, together with dedication of vehicular access rights
(except as approved by the Public Works Director), over a portion of that property described in

PARCEL ONE
Being a strip of land eight (8) feet in width lying easterly of and adjacent to the
following described line:.
Beginning -at the Southwest corner of the lands.described in deed to Robert W.
Takken and Linda H. Takken, trustees of the Takken family trust, recorded in
Book 3526 of Official Records, Page 662 in the Recorder's Office, County of San
Luis Obispo; thence North 11 ° 07' West, along the West line of said lands, 54.00
feet to a point hereinafter called Point "A ".
PARCEL TWO
Being a strip of land five (5) feet in width lying easterly of and adjacent to the
following described line:
Beginning at the above described Point "A "; thence North 11 ° 07' West, along
last said West line, 96 feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of said land.
Said strips to be shortened and lengthened as necessary to meet adjacent
property lines.
