GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public street right of way and utilities purposes over a
portion of that certain property described in Lot Line Adjustment 90 -99, filed for record as

County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California

Lot Line Adjustment recorded as Document Number200 /-o6;V,*/ , in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
The land lying northwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said property, said corner being a
tag, LS 3877, set in sidewalk, as shown in Book 65, of Licensed Surveys,
at Page 99; Thence South 52 °49'58" East along the southwesterly line of
said property, per said map, a distance of 3.01 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
1. Thence North 30 °44'50" East parallel with the
northwesterly line of said property, a distance of 116.56
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly;
2. Thence northeasterly along said curve, having a radius
