The 1750 Bishop Street address in the main, 'old', building on the site As you enter the front door of the main building, climb the stairs to the second floor. Once at the top of the stairs; on the left is the lobby and staff office, to the right are rooms 104-106. The rest of the buildings are numbered 1620 Bishop (rooms 400-409), 1630 Bishop (rooms 300-305), and 1640 Bishop (rooms 200-207). There are two stairwells; one between buildings 2 and 3, and another between buildings 3 and 4, that lead down to the lower levels of each building. The lower numbers of the units on each building are on the higher level, the higher numbers are on the lower level. Emmples: 400-404 are on the higher level and 405-409 are on the lower level. 300-302 — higher level and 303-305 — lower level. 200-203 — Higher and 204-207 — Lower. Look like he called in into SLO PD and he was told he couldn't file a police report on what amounts to a hit-and-run situation because it occurred on private property. The resident is in need of repairing his vehicle from the damage and has the other party's information, but the person is unwilling to cooperate with him, stated that he is uninsured and is now not calling the resident back. Can you give me an Idea on why the PD couldn't take a report on the Incident? I'm playing a little catch up on this Item and might not have all of the information. I did see the video where the visitor hits the resident's vehicle but we have been encouraging the resident to go through his insurance for the claim.
