(Tract 2401) The attached Offer of Dedication to the City from Margaret DeVaul, et al; accommodates the requirements of both Tract 2307 (DeVaul North) and the recently approved tentative map for Tract 2401 (DeVaul South). This will allow the necessary uniform (full) widening of Los Osos Valley Rd. to be constructed soon under Tract 2307, prior to recordation of Tract 2401. Please have the Mayor execute the acceptance certificate and record the deed, in accordance with the pertinent resolution authorizing the Mayor's acceptance of same.
