Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities purposes over a
portion of that certain property described in Document No. 1999 - 057259, filed for record on
August 6, 1999, in Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as follows:
