Does the city sometimes bend the rules when Quinn asks them to? Or is that just a Bobby Dayspring/Adam Hill/Heidi Harmon thing? Thanks for the info! 1 1 From:Amanda Mobley < Sent:Sunday, May 5, 2024 7:39 PM To:E-mail Council Website Subject:Adult live entertainment     This message is from an External Source. Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond.    ________________________________    Hi,    I’d like to know who regulates adult live entertainment in slo?  1 From:Amanda Mobley < Sent:Sunday, May 5, 2024 7:35 PM To:E-mail Council Website Subject:Adult live entertainment questions    This message is from an External Source. Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond.  Dear council,     A few questions:    ‐is bang the drum within the retail-commercial (C-R) zone or the tourist commercial (C-T) zone?
