(TEMPORARY EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS)
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SLO Estates, Inc. a California
Corporation, hereby GRANT(S) to the City of San Luis Obispo, a California Chartered Municipal Corporation, in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, a temporary easement for emergency vehicle access purposes over that
real property described in Exhibit "A''.
Said easement shall terminate at the time Tonini Drive and De Vaul Ranch Road as shown on Tract No. 2307 filed in
Book Iq at page-77 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County are extended southeasterly and
northeasterly to Los Osos Valley Road across the adjacent property to the south, and said Tonini Drive and De Vaul
Ranch Road extensions are also accepted into a publicly maintained road system.

Emergency Vehicle Access Easement to the City of San Luis Obispo
Lot 78 and a 10.16 meter wide strip of land over a portion of Lot 148 of Tract No.
2307, in the City of San Luis Obispo, the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, as shown on the map filed in Boolcl9at page% 7of Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, said strip lying northeasterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the southerly terminus of the center line of Tonini Drive as shown
on said map;
Thence along said center line north 30 °45'20" west 65.44 meters;
Thence at a right angle north 59 °14'40" east 9.14 meters to a point on the right of
way line of said Tonini Drive, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence along said right of way line north 30 °45'20" west 9.46 meters.
