NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: A portion of Boardwalk Sidewalk per City Standard No. 4140, located easterly of the High Street driveway ramp serving the subject property, as shown in Exhibit A. Deferment of said improvements shall not include the concrete curb and gutter, which shall be installed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. The property owner shall plant and maintain low- growing ground cover in the area of the deferred sidewalk. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
