Hello Planning Commission,
Please consider pulling item 5.b. “1463 BISHOP STREET (GENP-0175-2024) GENERAL PLAN
CONFORMITY REPORT FOR THE PURPOSES OF DEVELOPING INTERIM AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING” o?
of consent items to review at a later date. The community o? of Johnson and Bishop have not been
adequately consulted for such a large project and have many valid concerns regarding proposal as
keeping the use of land consistent with the General Plan based on the overall lack, and gross
inadequacy, of the available information.
I am unfortunately, unable to attend the meeting, but hope you bring in more public comments before
making a decision.
