Red File — Amending item C6 Santa Rosa Sewerline Replacement Project ,
Specification No . 91180 .
This red file is in response to Councilman Ashbaugh's question about item C6, the Santa Ros a
Sewerline Replacement Project, September 4, 2012 . A cost discrepancy of $4,000 .00 was noted
between the figures on pages C6-15 and C6-16 of the proposal from Filippin Engineering .The
correct amount is $94,880 .00 found on the cost estimate breakdown on page C6-16 .
Because of this additional cost, the recommendation should be amended to read ;
1.Authorize a total project a total project budget of $747,880 .00 for the Santa Rosa
Sewerline Replacement project, Specification Number 91180 .
2.Authorize the award of the design services contract for the Santa Rosa Sewerlin e
Replacement project to Filippin Engineering Inc ., for $94,880 .00 .
