COA -403 and COA -430, also known as San Luis Obispo County Assessor Parcel Nos. 073 - 291 -003 and 073 - 361 -004. During the construction phase of the Coastal Aqueduct Project, Temporary Construction Easements were acquired to facilitate the construction. These Director's Quitclaim Deeds were executed because the Temporary .Construction Easements are no longer required by the Department of Water Resources for the project and to clear any possible clouds on title for you, the current vested owners, and any possible future owners. These Director's Quitclaim Deeds were executed and recorded with no financial obligation on your part and no action is required from you. These Director's Quitclaim Deeds are for your records.
