WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 1561 Hillerest,
WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the
Public Works Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said
property conditioned upon execution of a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said
improvements at such time in the future as the city may request same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer
installation of certain public improvements consisting of Public sidewalk per city standards
including the required ADA sidewalk extension behind the driveway approach.
The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San
Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written
notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is described as follows:
1. Legal: See Exhibit A
2. Assessors Parcel Number: 001 - 056 -020
3. Commonly known as 1561 Hillcrest
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

California, according to map filed for record December 18, 1874 in the office
of the County Recorder of said Cowty, described as follws:
Beginning at a point on.the Southwesterly line of Grover Street as shown on nap
of a portion of Phillips Addition to the city of 'Sea 'Luis Obispo, filed for record
August 27, 1902 in the office of the County Recorder of said County0ibith is 220
feet Northwesterly from the most Easterly corner of said Lot K_, said point being
the most Northerly corner of the property conveyed to A. H. Brazil and wife, by
dead dated July 259 1941 and recorded August 152, 1941 in Book 300, page 419 of
Official Records, records of said County; thence Southwesterly along the North-
westerly line of the property so cOrM784 120.2 feet to the true point of beginning;
