Chevron Products Company (Chevron) had 716.30 tons of soil removed from this site in December
of 1995. The City of San Luis Obispo Fire Deparfrnent letter dated February 14, 1996, indicated
that data had been forwarded to your office for review. Chevron is currently awaiting a response
from the CCRWQCB to that data. Groundwater monitoring is not being performed at this time.
