Hello Timmi,
Can you have someone forward me the City’s records for the Parker Street property? (2146 Parker Street, 003-721-
051) The client provided some correspondence, but I think we might be missing items. Having the complete record
will be helpful to better understand the context and previous activities and considerations.
Items of interest:
Notice of Violation: original and refreshed notices
Any applications submitted by the property owner
Any completeness letter and responses
Other formal correspondence.
We are continuing to work on confirming the project parameters, but our initial analysis indicates that there is
su?icient parking for the existing uses and storge area. The project also looks to conform with other development
standards, e.g., FAR, coverage, height, and setbacks once all units are shifted away from the rear property line.
