Dear City Council, My name is Jean Greensfelder, and I'm represen?ng myself and Novo’s sugges?on for downtown San Luis Obispo. I am sharing my support, in line with Downtown SLO’s Board of Directors, for Op?on B of the Parking Rate Study recommenda?ons presented by Dixon Unlimited. This op?on offers the most affordable parking rates downtown, addressing the primary concern expressed by respondents in the Parking Rate Study. \[OPTIONAL\] Furthermore, I am in support of this posi?on because… I avoid downtown and feel so sad to not be able to shop and to see stores closing and suffering. Going to dinner or a movie is too costly with added parking. Fear of ?ckets also worries me. I would accept Op?on B, but even that along with paying at stands limits me. Too complex and I believe downtowns thrive when they offer free two hours parking like Santa Barbara does. Thanks. Sincerely, Jeanie Greensfelder 1755 Corralitos Av. San Luis Obispo, CA 1
