Dear City Council, My name is Richard Diel and I'm represen?ng all business in downtown San Luis Obispo. I am sharing my support, in line with Downtown SLO’s Board of Directors, for Op?on B of the Parking Rate Study recommenda?ons presented by Dixon Unlimited. This op?on offers the most affordable parking rates downtown, addressing the primary concern expressed by respondents in the Parking Rate Study. \[OPTIONAL\] Furthermore, I am in support of this posi?on because… I am worried about the future viability of our business community. We need sales tax dollars generated by all of our businesses downtown. Sincerely, Richard Diel Rick Diel. Sent from my iPad. Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance You must keep moving.
