I am Julie Turney

I am writing to say that I am in favor of Option B
of the parking plans presented.
I have lived in San LUis Obispo since 1976 and have recently spent very little time downtown mainly due to the parking
fee increases.I would like to support.
I would like to support our downtown businesses more often but it is getting harder.
