To Whom It May Concern,
I totally support Option B of the proposed parking changes, as I live at the Wineman Hotel right downtown. Even though
I don't drive whatsoever, I am affected because friends are hindered from visiting me for any length of time and/or from
joining me downtown for a casual, unhurried lunch or shopping because of the time limitation and high cost of parking.
Things have to change before it ruins downtown and our local businesses.
Thank you and Regards,
Debbie Hall
