Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. To Whom It May Concern, I totally support Option B of the proposed parking changes, as I live at the Wineman Hotel right downtown. Even though I don't drive whatsoever, I am affected because friends are hindered from visiting me for any length of time and/or from joining me downtown for a casual, unhurried lunch or shopping because of the time limitation and high cost of parking. Things have to change before it ruins downtown and our local businesses.
