REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME; AND UPON FEE OWNERSHIP BY THE CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO.

That portion of Block 18 of the map of the City of San Luis Obispo, in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to
Map filed in Book A, page 168 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, being more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Parcels 1 and 2 of that certain land described in Deed granted to
the City of San Luis Obispo recorded January 8, 1980 in Volume 2214, Page
232 of Official Records of said County, lying southwesterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of said Block 18 (P.O.B.); thence
North 550 42' 14" East, along the Northeasterly line of said Block 18, a distance
of 127.33 feet to the true point of beginning (T.P.O.B.); thence South 340 15'
