Dear City Council,
My name is Nancy Frick and I'm a patron of businesses in downtown San Luis Obispo. I am sharing my
support for Option B of the Parking Rate Study recommendations presented by Dixon Unlimited. This option
offers the most affordable parking rates for downtown SLO.

Furthermore, I am in support of this position because… if we have to live with the changes at least this is more
feasible, (less painful) than the other options.
I used to enjoy spending my money downtown, now I hesitate to even go there as I have to navigate the online
pay stations or pay a ridiculous amount in quarters.
