Dear City Council,
My name is Marilyn Palmer and I'm a patron of businesses in downtown San Luis Obispo. I am sharing my
support for Option B of the Parking Rate Study recommendations presented by Dixon Unlimited. This option
offers the most affordable parking rates for downtown SLO.

Furthermore, I am in support of this position because… I avoid coming downtown anymore just because of the
high parking rates and the inconvenience of having to deal with the pay kiosks, really dislike those kiosks.
