Dear Sir or Madam,
The Labor Management Compliance Council is a non-profit organization formed to maintain high standards and a
level playing field for construction projects subject to prevailing wage laws in the plumbing and piping industry. To
achieve this purpose the L.M.C.C. carries out an active program to ensure that laws governing public works
construction labor laws, public contract laws, and contractor license laws are enforced by the public agencies
charged with their enforcement.
This is a formal request for copies of all daily reports and other documents regarding work being performed on
the above-mentioned project. Please send the documents requested from the start of the project through the
current/final to our office. This request is made in accordance with the Public Records Act, which provides that
information be made available to the public.
