June 22, 1894 in Book 1 Page 19 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Luis Obispo, in the State of California;
Thence S89 °57'37 "W 5.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave westerly, having a radius of 13.00
feet;
Thence along said curve northerly, 13.59 feet through a central angle of 59'55'17" to the beginning of a
curve concave easterly having a radius of 39 feet;
Thence along said curve northerly 52.50 feet through a central angle of 77 °07'42 ";
Thence N38 °56'04 "W 4.90 feet to the begimling of a curve concave easterly having a radius of 43 feet,
