Hello,
I was unable to get to the May 16th meeting early enough to comment due to Farmer's Market and parking.
I learned of the meeting today from a neighbor.
I had a question and comment regarding a new traffic light on King and South Street. I was involved with the flashing
pedestrian crossing and disappointed by the failure to install the promised HAWK signal in a timely manner. I was
unaware that the plan has been changed to eliminate the HAWK and use a full signal on that intersection. I was also
unaware of the decision to not install roundabouts and speed bumps in the Meadow Park neighborhood.
Having said this, I question whether adding a full stoplight at King and South will result in directing new traffic down
Exposition/Woodbridge to avoid the new light. Without the original traffic controls proposed (namely the traffic circles)
that would slow and make Woodbridge less desirable for through traffic, I am highly concerned that vehicles will now
find Woodbridge to be a more optimal route.

So my question is did you consider the impact the full signal will have on the neighborhood now that you have decided
to NOT install roundabouts and speed humps?
Thanks
