1 Ryan Stefanek No Work began for the early archeological testing. Work Started in
the north western corner of site with cutting and demolition of the
parking lot. Kirk construction had the parking area blocked off with
no vehicles inside the construction area. Kirk blocked off both
drive ways into the north western corner of site as well as closing
the pedestrian paths into site. Kirk had 2 employees onsite
Balthazar and Omar preforming the demolition. Rincon
Environmental had 2 full time employees preforming testing
services as well as oversite and training from additional Rincon
Staff. Expectations about how the site was to be left over night
was discussed with all workers onsite as well as Kitchell and City
staff.
