1 Ryan Stefanek No Worked moved to the south eastern area of the parking lot.
Removal and patch back of asphalt to allow archeological testing
was performed. A total of 8 test pits were dug, tested, back filled
and topped with concrete. 5 of the 8 had elevated levels of lead
and were abandoned at 8” or less. All pits with elevated lead
levels were backfilled with fresh fill, and the removed dirt was
stock piled until lab results dictate how it will be properly
disposed. Site was left in a clean and organized fashion and all
stalls with concrete were blocked with delineators. No incidents or
accidents were reported to KITCHELL.
2 Ryan Stefanek No Outside of the early archeological testing work was performed by
PG&E to remove the meters and service drops to the 4 residence
at both Palm and Monterey. AT&T was onsite to discuss rerouting
of their utilities and to schedule the disconnection of their services
to the 4 residences. AT&T stated that if they did not remove their
service before demolition, that the contractor could cut and
remove their services. SoCal gas was also onsite to investigate
the gas meters and routing, removal at a later date.
