1 Ryan Stefanek No Testing for culturally sensitive materials continued onsite in the 2
residence areas. 3 test pits were dug in the Palm street properties
and all tested positive for above the thread hold for lead
contamination. All areas tested positive at or above 8” of depth.
Soil was set not returned to the test pits and was stored until
further testing will determine how it should be properly. The team
then moved on to the Monterey residence and dug three more
test pits. All three tested above the threshold for lead at or above
8”. The removed soil was set aside and will be disposed of
properly once test results dictate its disposal methods.
Kirk returned to site and had all equipment removed from site by
11:30am. Minimal impact to the parking area.
Site was left in a clean and safe state. No injuries or issues were
reported to KITCHELL.
