1 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell walked the site first thing in the morning and confirmed no
habitants or signs of habitation were in the buildings. Abatement
continued on the Monterey street properties and all abatement
was completed for both properties by roughly 1:00pm. PARK was
seen wearing appropriate PPE for their work and continued to use
appropriate techniques for removal of HAZMAT materials.
Costal Demolition continued to locate utilities for cutting and
capping, working on both the Palm street residences and
Monterey street.
City and RRM Arborist were met onsite to review the tree
protection zone, and an agreed upon location for the tree
protection fencing was established. City Arborist reminded the
project team of the city standards for Tree Protection fencing
which includes signage about the area that must include a contact
phone number if fencing is moved.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
