1 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Edwards and Costal Demolition all arrived onsite before
7am. No noise producing construction activities occurred before
7am, and demolition of the remainder of the Palm street
residence started around 8am. Coastal demolition was seen
employing industry standard techniques for building demolition
and wearing appropriate PPE at the time of work. Low voltage
cable from AT&T service to Palm street building was strained
during demolition, but work stopped and issue was resolved. All
service cables were removed from work area to mitigate further
issues. Kitchell walked surrounding area to confirm that
pedestrian plan was still in place and communicating impacts to
the general public. Small debris was seen on the adjacent
apartment parking lot, Coastal Demolition swept area after work
was completed. Confirmed clean by Edwards and Kitchell. It was
confirmed that the apartment parking area was safe to remove
construction barriers and that residents may park in their
designated area.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
