1 Tally Perry No Edwards Construction Group, Kitchell CEM, Rincon, and Coastal
Demo arrived on site prior to 7:00 am. No noise was produced
prior to 7:00 am. To prepare for continuation of demolition, ECG
held a lead awareness toolbox talk. Attendees included Coastal
Demo, Kitchell, ECG, Rincon, and RRM arborist. Rincon
consultant performed archeological materials presentation to
inform workers what to look for during demo. Restricted access
area was set up in accordance with PARC's plan. Demolition of
footings commenced around 8:00 am with designated personnel
on the water truck and soil was kept watered down to mitigate
dust per PARC's approved plan. Tree trimming took place near
Adobe residence on Monterey St. properties. By end of day 80%
of footings were removed. Silt fence was installed at Palm Street
residence at north side at the end of the day by coastal demo. No
accidents or incidents reported to Kitchell.
